Projects One is a commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Caversham, Reading, working across London, the South East, the Home Counties and the wider UK. Our team brings more than fifty years of combined experience in the commercial interiors sector, delivering practical, high-quality workplaces for organisations across a wide range of industries.
We manage every aspect of a project, including building fabric, mechanical and electrical services, data, partitioning, washrooms, acoustics and furniture. This provides our clients with one contract, one point of contact and one accountable team - avoiding the complications that can arise when multiple designers, contractors, dealers and specialists are working independently.
Our projects range from single-floor refreshes - including new decoration, furniture and acoustic improvements.Whatever the scale, our approach remains the same: We begin by understanding how your business works and stay closely involved throughout design, budgeting, programming, construction, commissioning, handover and aftercare.

Projects One is a commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor. We deliver fit outs, refurbishment, furniture supply and installation, glazed and demountable partitioning, washroom refurbishment and acoustic solutions for organisations across the UK.
Most of our work is in London, the Thames Valley, the South East and the home counties. We have a nationwide supply chain and vetted labour teams throughout the UK, so we can deliver projects anywhere in the country.
Cost depends on specification, floor area, building condition and how much M&E work is involved. As a broad guide, a light refurbishment is a very different proposition from a full Cat B fit out with new services. We will give you a realistic budget range at the first meeting rather than after weeks of design work.
Programme depends on the office size, design complexity, planning or landlord approvals, lead times for furniture and specialist materials, and whether work is completed in an occupied building. Early planning and clear decisions help keep the project on schedule.
Yes. A significant proportion of our work is phased refurbishment in live, occupied offices, sequenced around the working day to keep disruption to a minimum.
Yes, flexible finance packages are available giving you the flexibility to fund your project over a 1-5 year period. Finance options are available from £1,000 + VAT.
